A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is searching for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a location in Shiga.Responsibilities:
* Executes effective talent management initiatives to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees and while maintaining a powerful talent pipeline
* Manage labor law and litigation, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and company policies
* Support organizational changes, providing appropriate solutions to the business from an HR perspective
* Support local management in properly communicating HR issues to employees and their representatives
* Counsel and support business managers in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources
* 5+ years' experience as an HRBP
* Experience in a manufacturing plant/environment preferred
* Experience with labor cases and union negotiations
* Native level Japanese; verbal and written fluency in English (TOEIC 800+)
