A multinational electronic devices manufacturer is now hiring for a Accounting Manager with previous supervisory experience.Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 3, including performance evaluation, approval of paid time-off, assigning tasks, training, taking disciplinary action and interviewing candidates for open positions
* Lead periodical financial closing process
* Support China team in reporting and periodical budgeting
* Oversee the preparation of payroll data including monthly salary, commission and quarterly bonus
* Produce and maintain accurate local legal book and have it consolidated to the China book
* Serve as the point of contact for external audit by local tax authority and local tax attorney
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
* 10+ years' experience in accounting for a public company, 5+ years' supervisory experience
* Japanese; English
* CPA certification preferred
* Experience with ERP system, Oracle with Yayoi, Bugyo system preferred
