A multinational fintech firm is looking to hire a Compliance Officer with related experience in the financial industry.Responsibilities:
* Help oversee and monitor compliance obligations to ensure the company's businesses are in compliance with Japanese laws and regulations
* Provide reports on a regular basis to keep management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts
* Proactively participate in the company's global compliance initiatives to implement locally and/or consolidate with local practices
* Identify risks with new products for the retail forex & CFD market
* Support the development of a comprehensive local product strategy to meet both regulatory requirements and customer needs
Requirements:
* 3+ years' compliance experience in the financial industry
* Ability to deliver Japanese regulatory reporting
* Ability to identify risks in and around the Japanese retail forex & CFD market
* Native level Japanese; advanced English proficiency
