A major international beverage company is in need of an experienced human resources professional for the role of People Business Partner.Responsibilities:
* Help define a people development plan by seeking the right talent and growing the existing team
* Engage in strategic workforce planning to support commercial expansion
* Lead and facilitate internal and external people matters, working closely with overseas headquarters and internal vendors
* Proactively identify employee engagement matters and communicate with employees
* Continuously drive improvements for company policies and required processes based on local labor policies
* Own and manage master data regarding all employees and positions
* Oversee budgeting/tracking of people costs and help evaluate spending
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 3+ years' HR or people management experience in a global environment preferred
* Experience or familiarity with FMCG sales is a plus
* Native level Japanese; fluency in English
