An internet entertainment media company is now searching for experienced sales professional to join their team as a role of Partner Sales Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement program which associates trainings and seminars
* Analyze Japan Market and review Partners' Performance and provide effective support
* Take the lead for future channel strategy and structure as well as possibility about direct sales
* Support developing Partner Communities such as SIers, ISVs, Carriers, Resellers, etc.
* Build Go-To-Market Strategies with various assigned partners
* Negotiate to complete successful contract/agreement with potential partner companies as requested
* Build Annual/Quarterly Business Plan with assigned partners and make the necessary actions to execute the plan
* Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to get buy-in and insure successful partnerships in Japan market
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 8+ years in IT-related Channel Sales experience
* Deep Understanding on Channel Eco-systems in Japan
* Excellent oral & written communication skills in Japanese and English
* Ability to work in an international business environment
