A leading global automotive manufacturer is looking to hire an experienced lawyer for the role of Deputy General Counsel. As a member of the company's diverse international legal team, you will work with business teams on various projects while managing risk and protecting the company's interests.
仕事内容
A leading global automotive manufacturer is looking to hire an experienced lawyer for the role of Deputy General Counsel.
Responsibilities:

* Provide regulatory and commercial legal advice
* Prepare responses to regulators and draft appropriate documents
* Propose polices and strategies to manage interactions with regulators and/or investigators
* Instruct and retain outside counsel in relevant regions to effectively and efficiently support activities
* Report strategy, status, risk, and proposal of regulatory matters/commercial matters to management

Requirements:

* Attorney qualification
* 10+ years' private practice and in-house experience as a lawyer
* Legal experience in a business environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ required, 850+ preferred); proficiency in Japanese is a plus
