A leading global pharmaceutical and consumer goods manufacturer is looking to hire an experienced Finance Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Provide financial analysis and support and lead the business planning process
* Work with the accounting department on closing activities
* Provide key stakeholders with timely and proactive feedback on the financial implications of events
* Proactively make recommendations and take actions to achieve the business plan
* Educate and coach members of the business unit to achieve business growth
Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics and CPA or equivalent
* 4+ years' accounting/controlling experience
* Experience as a business partner and the ability to understand complex business dynamics
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
* Fluency in Japanese; business level English
