An expanding developer of automotive systems is searching for a Key Account Manager for major automotive accounts.Responsibilities:
* Design activities RFQ management and technical change request quotation
* Engage in business development to increase turn over on existing products or generate turn over on new products introduction
* Manage customer intelligence related to market share, competition, market trends, customer specific needs, and customer satisfaction KPI
* Manage all customer KPIs
* Coordinate with internal projects, engineering, finance, logistics, and manufacturing departments
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 10+ years' automotive tier one experience, including 5+ years' sales experience
* Ability to manage customer relationships and handle complex negotiations
* Background in electrical engineering is a plus
* Native level Japanese; business level English
