A global appliance manufacturer is looking to hire a Marcom Manager with above the line and below the line experience in FMCG.Responsibilities:
* Lead and effectively manage the execution of the communication strategy
* Analyze the results and status of ongoing campaigns, projects, and programs to deliver maximum benefit for the company
* Manage a variety of vendors and agencies to achieve goals
* Drive national press coverage across all product categories
* Develop campaigns anchoring on digital media and social communications while managing traditional media such as print and TV
Requirements:
* Above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) experience in the FMCG industry
* Knowledge and experience in media strategy, planning, buying, analytical skills, metrics, and the role media plays in integrated communications
* Strong negotiation skills
* Management experience and excellent leadership skills
* Advanced English proficiency
