A global chemical company is seeking an experienced sales professional for the role of APAC Regional Commercial Leader.Responsibilities:
* Develop, grow, and maintain a robust Salesforce target opportunity plan to ensure profitable growth
* Anticipate, understand, and proactively manage customer needs
* Ensure growth through new product launches, profitable product mix, share expansion, and pricing execution
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with the growth strategy
* Develop and lead a highly effective and engaged go-to-market regional sales team
* Manage price plans and deliver correct pricing to customers
Requirements:
* 10+ years' sales experience
* Experience building and establishing internal and external relationships
* Ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels
* Ability to work, lead, and manage in a global organization with a matrix reporting structure
* Proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese also preferred
