A highly recognizable luxury brand is searching for an IT Infrastructure Engineer for a vital role supporting APAC operations. If selected, you will assist retail stores in the region, providing effective technical support while keeping networks running at top efficiency.
仕事内容
A highly recognizable luxury brand is searching for an IT Infrastructure Engineer for a vital role supporting APAC operations.
Responsibilities:

* Provide project management and technical support for retail projects and initiatives in the region
* Manage and enhance quality and efficiency of network/server infrastructure
* Ensure the regional IT infrastructure aligns with the overall enterprise architecture goals
* Provide second-tier technical support to IT infrastructure and regional/global network issues
* Test new network equipment and ensure company standards

Requirements:

* Academic background in Computer Science or equivalent
* 3+ years' relevant experience in retail IT support, including server/network administration
* Hands-on technical knowledge of Windows XP/7/10 desktop, Windows 2003/2008/2012 server administration, Exchange Server, TCP/IP networking
* MCSE/CCNA/ITIL or other technical qualifications are a plus
* English and Cantonese communication ability; Mandarin is a plus
