募集背景: A major international beverage company is searching for an Operations Manager with project management experience. In this role you will help oversee supply chain and logistics operations while also leading a large sourcing project for the Japan business.

仕事内容: A major international beverage company is searching for an Operations Manager with project management experience.
Responsibilities:

* Lead the global communication and alignment with sourcing zones and global directors, align on production plans, solve quality issues and stabilize supply
* Align with regional operations hub on zone topics and leverage the existing infrastructure to increase efficiency and build synergy
* Lead the local team being responsible for supply planning, ensuring commercial demand is aligned with local stock planning, while also managing third-party logistics partner securing stable and timely delivery
* Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs while keeping quality standards at a consistently high level
* Independently lead a large sourcing project for Japan

Requirements:

* Master's degree preferred
* Logistics and supply chain experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
* Project management experience
* Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills
* Fluency in English; fluency in Japanese is a plus
