A leading global business and IT services company is searching for an experienced Campus Recruiter.Responsibilities:
* Build and manage key strategic relationships at universities with career offices and professors
* Manage, define, and assist in executing the summer internship and new graduate programs
* Advise and support internal clients to ensure they achieve their campus recruiting targets
* Prepare logistics and deliver company overview presentations at events
* Maintain and monitor applications within the applicant tracking systems
* Act as the company's career advisor advocate to students across all disciplines
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 2+ years' professional experience related to campus recruiting
* Fluency in both English and Japanese and the ability to make/deliver presentations in both languages
