A famous luxury goods retailer is looking for a Merchandising Manager with purchasing experience in a luxury fashion brand.Responsibilities:
* Seek potential in the category for further growth and implement the actions to be taken
* Implement effective purchasing strategies
* Set and monitor targets based on strategies, buys, and sales results
* Control/adjust inventory bi-weekly to maximize sales
* Train sales staff and help develop their product knowledge
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Purchasing experience in a luxury fashion brand with managerial responsibility
* Strong knowledge of retail business operations and good sense of fashion
* Strategic planning and analysis skills
* Intermediate level English proficiency; French proficiency is a plus
