- 仕事内容

・You are responsible for the company's sales division covering new plant sales as well as sales of technology service products and you directly report to the Managing Director of the company.
・You develop implement and achieve the annual and quarterly sales plans and associated sales budget.
・You develop and implement strategic growth plans for the sale for Technology Service Products, EP and EPC projects and associated services in Japan and APAC in close cooperation with our Head of Product Management and the company Management.
・You manage sales operations including sales forecasting, sales pipeline management, yearly strategic business development plan including competitors analysis and regional customer analytics to support company's growth initiatives.
・You manage your team for proposal management, including cost estimation, proposal and contract management up to contract award.

・You offer a minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in the Japanese and/or Non-Japanese engineering or manufacturing industry.
・You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business administration.
・Proven sales leadership experience with strong skills in leading, motivating, managing, communicating, coaching and listening.
・You are highly performance target orientated and you show a strong capability to drive organizational change.
・You speak English and Japanese fluently. A third language (Korean, Chinese) would be preferable.
・You are highly capable to manage the company's global network.
・You are a ”project hunter” and you have a high level of technical and commercial creativity to develop complex projects.
