An environmental consulting company is now hiring a Financial Controller to oversee general accounting and finance functions.Responsibilities:
* Conduct weekly project financial reviews
* Review internal control procedures and business processes to ensure full compliance with the group policies
* Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and internal/external audits
* Work with tax consultants on all local tax filings such as VAT, corporate tax, and staff salary taxes
* Manage company's articles of incorporation, company registration, government registration reports, create minutes of shareholder and board meetings.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
* 10+ years of accounting or financial management experience
* 5+ years of management experience
* Experience in Japan GAAP and taxation
* Verbal and written English and Japanese proficiency
