A footwear and accessories manufacturer is seeking an experienced HR professional for the role of HRGA Manager.Responsibilities:
* Actively recruit, screen, and hire employees
* Provide employee relations counselling including performance improvement plans, goal development assistance, and complaint investigation
* Identify training needs and develop/coordinate training for employees on various topics
* Manage the annual review process and bonus administration
* Manage all aspects of Japan HQ office administration
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 10+ years' experience in an HR manager or senior HR role; experience working outside of Japan preferred
* General knowledge of Japanese employment laws
* General knowledge of HR disciplines such as compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations, HRIS, and training
* Verbal and written business level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+)
