A multinational pharmaceutical company is searching for an experienced Talent Management & Organizational Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Support the Group Manager to define TM/OD strategy and key priorities
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and implement assigned TM/OD initiatives
* Contribute to implementing effective, user friendly, and integrated business process
* Manage the allocated budget of the assigned initiatives
* Provide consultation to regional HR associates in TM/OD
* Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events, technical complaints, and compliance issues in accordance with company procedures
* Ensure the timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred
* 5+ years' experience in strategy, TM/OD, or human resources with a large multinational company; consulting experience is a plus
* Project management skills and experience
* Strong networking and relationship building skills
* Fluency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 860+)
