A multinational beverage producer is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager with overseas experience or experience in a multinational corporation in Japan.Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Finance Director on financial analysis and projects
* Lead monthly financial analysis on actual brand performances and overall business performances
* Lead quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for brand performance
* Ensure the company's global accounting for all aspects of the businesses is accurate, up-to-date, and completed on a timely basis
* Coordinate specific analysis to be performed on the joint venture business
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher; qualification obtained overseas is a plus (e.g., MBA)
* 8+ years' experience in the audit and finance/corporate planning functions at private companies or professional firms
* Working experience in a multinational corporation and/or work or study experience overseas
* Strong accounting knowledge and financial expertise
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Native level Japanese; advanced business level English
