A leading global business consulting firm is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for its Tokyo office.Responsibilities:
* Maintain a professional, orderly, efficient, and clean office
* Schedule and manage calendars, including tracking and confirming both internal and external meetings
* Arrange domestic and international travel and manage expense reports
* Secure optimal contracts from service providers to ensure the smooth running of the office
* Coordinate with global HR to onboard new staff
* Manage scheduling and logistics, including organizing events and catering
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize activities
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision
* Fluency in Japanese; verbal and written English proficiency
