A global provider of advertising and media technology is seeking a qualified accountant for a Finance Manager position.Responsibilities:
* Develop appropriate financial procedures and controls
* Prepare management accounts for the parent company in the UK
* Prepare internal management reports
* Handle all balance sheet reconciliations
* Oversee local compliance issues including tax filings
* Assess existing accounting systems and recommend improvements/alternatives as necessary
Requirements:
* Accounting qualification
* Experience working in an international organization
* Excellent accounting skills and strong knowledge of accounting processes in Japan
* Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
* Verbal and written fluency in both English and Japanese
