A global technology manufacturer is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to resolve customers' technical issues with the company's products.Responsibilities:
* Perform routine service of the whole range of company products
* Install new instruments
* Handle instrument breakdowns
* Perform maintenance and care of spare parts
* Provide on-site customer training
* Deliver reporting according to company standards
* SAP CRM operation such as making service quotes and confirming service orders
Requirements:
* Higher technical education, preferably within electronics, precision mechanics, or chemical engineering
* Experience in servicing professional measuring instruments
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Possession of a valid driver's license
* Verbal and written English proficiency
