A multinational developer of RPA software is searching for an HR Manager with extensive HR generalist experience to establish HR functions in Japan.Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire employee life cycle
* Design and implement organizational effectiveness plans to address employee and/or organizational concerns
* Drive learning development programs for employees
* Leverage HR analytics to drive organizational effectiveness
* Partner with the talent acquisition team to build an effective workforce in Japan
Requirements:
* 10+ years' HR generalist experience; HRBP experience is a strong plus
* HR experience in the IT industry preferred
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence others
* Knowledge of Japanese employment/labor law
* Advanced verbal and written English proficiency
