A multinational software company is searching for an experienced sales processional with people management experience for the role of Channel Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop, execute and manage channel strategies for the annual operating plan in a specific assigned region; plan and execute channel programs, partner measurement and success metrics, partner pricing schedules and on-boarding/enablement
* Drive the implementation of the company's programs, accounting for geographical differences while also optimizing the mix across various target segments
* Continue to build and evolve the organization from a structural and operational standpoint
* Contribute to the overall strategic direction as a key member of the management team
* Lead and manage the channel team including resource management, hiring, mentorship and performance management
Requirements:
* 5+ years' channel management experience focused on value channels
* 3+ years' people experience in a people management role relating to either sales or channel sales
* Experience with analytics, data, databases or business intelligence preferred
* Experience working with and through SI and VAR partners; experience working with LATAM and public sector partners/customers
