Lead business unit sales in the role of Front End Sales Manager at an international engineering firm in Tokyo.Responsibilities:
* Develop regional sales strategies in alignment with global operations
* Identify potential customers and opportunities for growth in the region
* Build strong relationships with key customers
* Set sales objectives for the sales team and keep members motivated
* Collect and analyze market information with various team members for use in global market analyses
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in an engineering discipline
* 8+ years' sales or engineering experience, preferably in B2B solution sales
* 3+ years' sales management experience
* Knowledge of motor and/or inverter-related products
* Native level Japanese; verbal and written English proficiency
