A multinational automation manufacturing company is searching for a Key Account Manager to work closely with large and OEM global accounts.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a large accounts plan in line with the company's overall product line to current large accounts
* Develop local large accounts by closely working with the local teams
* Manage sales resources dedicated to developing business in the defined market
* Enhance the company's business and relationships with customers by improving quality, delivery, and cost
* Establish annual goals for each global and local large accounts in targeted industries
* Manage price structure for global and local large accounts and align with strategy
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Sales experience with complex technical solutions
* 7+ years' experience and a proven track record from a similar position working with large accounts channels
* 5+ years' experience in an international B2B large accounts channel development context
* Ability and willingness to travel extensively
* Verbal and written fluency in both English and Japanese
