A leading global chemical company is looking to hire an Engineering Science Technical Leader for semiconductor technologies. Based in Niigata, you will provide technical leadership to a group of engineers and skilled technicians in the engineering science function.
仕事内容
A leading global chemical company is looking to hire an Engineering Science Technical Leader for semiconductor technologies.
Responsibilities:

* Collaborate globally with product and process engineers and customers
* Work with improvement engineers to identify and implement improvements in the manufacturing facility
* Serve as the technical gatekeeper on semiconductor technologies for all global projects in portfolio in transitioning from phases 1 to 2 and 2 to 3
* Serve as the key technical leader in rapidly responding to business critical product performance issues
* Communicate and appropriately document work in the form of internal reports/presentations and external publications/presentations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
* Six Sigma Green Project Leader or Black Belt certification
* 5+ years' experience in chemical engineering roles in the fine/commodity chemicals, industrial polymers, or semiconductor industry
* Demonstrated leadership skills and strong knowledge of lab safety practices
* English proficiency
