A major global food and beverage enterprise is looking to hire an Office Manager with general administration and accounting experience.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with IT service provider to maintain support for office amenities
* Provide a range of administrative support to company employees in Tokyo as well as other offices worldwide
* Control and process staff expenses and travel claims
* Handle mail and incoming calls
* Responsible for accounting provisions and accruals
Requirements:
* 4+ years' experience in administrative support or office management
* Basic HR, accounting, and IT knowledge
* Experience handling third-party IT and outsourced service providers
* Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
* Advanced proficiency in both English and Japanese
