An international manufacturing group is looking to hire a Digital Experience Associate with B2B and B2C experience.Responsibilities:
* Support development of the omnichannel campaign strategies and measurement plans to increase customer engagement
* Ensure strategies and programs are delivered on time, while managing constraints and issues across functional teams
* Contribute to the development of an integrated channel plan and associated content strategy to maximize impact of engagement and leverage efficiencies across all channels
* Lead development of the tactical plan and execution of the online channels
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against success metrics (KPIs)
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications; MBA is a plus
* 5+ years' experience in both B2B and B2C managing omnichannel projects, ideally combined with marketing experience
* Experience delivering and measuring KPIs from omnichannel strategies and investments
* Understanding of key digital trends, platforms, and channels
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluency in both English and Japanese; proficiency in Korean and/or Chinese is a plus
