A global technology company is searching for an experienced recruiter for the role of College Program Manager.Responsibilities:
* Recruit, hire, on-board, and convert top intern talent and manage the overall campus recruiting program
* Build and maintain relationships with key university partners
* Partner with HR and business stakeholders to align and deliver new college graduate and internship hiring
* Collaborate with talent acquisition and recruiting to understand the company's current and future workforce requirements
* Provide data, metrics, and reporting to multiple partners
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years' experience managing a university relations program
* 7+ years' recruitment experience preferred, including college and intern recruiting
* Effective and creative recruiting and sourcing skills
* Experience establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key university contacts
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
