A highly successful global e-commerce organization is looking to hire an innovative HR Business Partner to support operations in Tokyo. The successful candidate will partner actively with leaders to create sustainable talent pipelines to support business strategies while translating business priorities into HR strategy.
仕事内容
A highly successful global e-commerce organization is looking to hire an innovative HR Business Partner to support operations in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:

* Work with senior management and the HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions
* Partner with clients and the Senior HRBP to develop and execute the HR strategies and planning activities
* Provide management coaching to front line managers and senior leaders
* Partner with global HR teams and the Senior HRBP to support business unit and global HR initiatives
* Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling
* Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* Extensive HR experience in a fast-paced and customer-focused international environment
* Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting
* Strong project management skills preferred
* Attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills
