An international manufacturing organization is searching for an experienced AR Accountant.Responsibilities:
* Manage credit limit of existing and future customers with analysis of financials and collaboration with the sales team and research companies
* Review collection reports to determine status of collections
* Review and approve all AR batches and monitor cash, wires, and credit card applications for accurate and timely input
* Review and improve budgeting and forecasting of AR balances and KPI on a monthly basis
* Supervise the junior accounts receivable staff in processing invoices and accurately reflecting incoming payments
Requirements:
* 3+ years' accounts receivable experience as well as general accounting experience
* Ability to work collaboratively across business units and functions
* Strong understanding of IFRS and Japan GAAP
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP Business One experience is a plus
* Native level Japanese; business level verbal and written English
