A global manufacturer of tableware and kitchen appliances is seeking an HR Manager with hiring and salary administration experience.Responsibilities:
* Recruiting and staffing
* Performance management and improvement systems
* Organizational development
* Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training
* Policy development and documentation
* Employee relations
* Compensation and benefits administration
* Facility and company car management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 5+ years' HR experience, including hiring and salary administration experience
* General administration experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
* Native level Japanese; fluency in English (TOEIC 850+)
