- A leading global travel company is looking to hire an experienced sales professional to serve as Head of Sales for Japan. In this role you will assist the General Manager for Japan and Korea to sell the company's products and services, develop and maintain strong sales channels, and achieve/exceed sales targets.

【年収800万円~1000万円】外資系クルーズ・旅行関連ビジネスの営業部長ポジション!Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with agencies and key accounts and create annual development plans supported by precise sales & marketing activities
* Develop and manage the distribution network
* Lead the sales force to achieve sales targets with ROI analysis, allocating resources in an efficient and effective way
* Ensure the execution and implementation of commercial strategic plans and monitor sales force service models
* Cooperate with the marketing team to ensure all marketing activities in the region follow and respect the branding rules for Asia
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or travel-related discipline
* 6+ years' sales experience, preferably in the travel/leisure/hotel industry
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills
* Personal knowledge and relationships with key people within Japan trade network is highly preferred
* Native level Japanese; advanced verbal and written English proficiency
