募集背景
A global IT technology firm is looking to hire an experienced in-house General Counsel to support business operations. In this role you will manage and lead the APAC legal team with regards to contracts, litigation and other types of legal proceedings, and advising internal clients on various legal risks.
仕事内容
A global IT technology firm is looking to hire an experienced in-house General Counsel to support business operations.
Responsibilities:

* Lead ethics and compliance programs and provide support to the internal audit team
* Lead select M&A work
* Analyze complex legal and business situations and provide solutions and recommendations to help meet business goals and legal requirements
* Act as a trusted and respected business partner for legal team members
* Mentor and guide the APAC legal team on career development and build a strong team

Requirements:

* Law degree and admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction
* 10+ years' in-house counsel experience at a mid-sized to large MNC
* Hands-on experience with contract drafting and negotiation as well as handling litigation and other types of legal proceedings
* Hands-on experience on ethics & compliance and labor/employment related issues
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse group of in-house legal counsels
* Fluency in English required, fluency in Japanese is a plus
