A leading global manufacturer of automotive components is looking to hire an HR Generalist. The successful candidate will handle daily HR operations and provide a high level of HR services to both internal and external customers.
仕事内容
A leading global manufacturer of automotive components is looking to hire an HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:

* Engage in recruiting activities
* Provide organizational development support
* Effectively implement a performance management system
* Implement and administer HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with all laws and regulations
* Prepare monthly HR reports
* Identify training needs and develop and implement training plans and activities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* HR experience in the automotive industry is a plus
* Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Computer proficiency (e-mail, MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
* Intermediate level English proficiency
