A luxury automotive manufacturer is seeking a Finance Director with extensive experience leading finance functions.Responsibilities:
* Oversee overall financial/accounting operations including general accounting, fixed asset management, treasury, tax planning & strategy, and financial control/risk management
* Coordinate with all departments to ensure business operations are aligned with the company's business objectives
* Monitor and manage headcount and organization structure and handle local employees' compensation and payroll calculation file
* Supervise IT administration support conducted by outsourced IT support
* Liaise with HQ legal department and local commercial departments/appointed law firms to handle potential legal issues and provide constructive feedback ensuring legal compliance is satisfied
Requirements:
* CPA qualification required, MBA preferred
* 10+ years' experience leading the finance function in a multinational corporation or similar environment
* Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and J GAAP
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
* Fluency in both English and Japanese; proficiency in Italian is a plus
