A global wine marketer is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead the company's sales teams.Responsibilities:
* Formulate yearly sales targets and create adapted marketing/action plans for the business division
* Successfully manage and develop a small team of regional sales managers and managers across Japan to achieve turnover and profit targets
* Follow up sales development and take appropriate measure to meet targets
* Form sales strategies to maximize the company's profit
* Control daily operations to ensure all internal rules and price strategies are fully respected
* Negotiate and create marketing plans for key suppliers
* Represent the company at events, trade shows, and other industry functions
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a sales management role, including experience as a sales representative
* Proven history of achieving sales targets and developing business
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Passion for wine
