A leading global management consulting firm is searching for a skilled and experienced recruiter for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Identify, proactively source, cultivate, assess, and manage high quality candidates through the full candidate lifecycle
* Map relevant companies, sectors, and geographies and identify target organizations, networks, and talent pools
* Manage key stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor
* Review key metrics and performance measures and make recommendations for enhancement
* Help shape and implement the company's recruiting strategy by leading initiatives and contributing to global projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; MBA or graduate degree is a plus
* 8+ years' experience in a leading retained search or professional services environment with at least 3 years' experience sourcing structured candidates
* Experience in technology recruiting with a strong understanding of a range of technology topics
* Experience managing multiple searches and competing demands through strong project management and prioritization skills
* Fluency in English
