A leading global e-commerce company is currently hiring for a Governance, Risk & Compliance position.Responsibilities:
* Design and develop a strong ethics and compliance program while also strengthening existing compliance framework
* Assist with the planning and implementation of an integrated risk management program including risk assessment and incident management
* Design and implement an improved compliance training and communication system
* Assist with the development of a compliance monitoring system that enables the company to quickly identify potential compliance problems and respond to them efficiently
* Assist with corporate governance and subsidiary management functions
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a risk/compliance role
* Experience implementing and designing various aspects of a risk/compliance program
* Experience conducting risk assessments
* Experience with corporate governance for a publicly listed company and/or finance/accounting knowledge
* Proficiency in both English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese
