【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Support the deal team in collaboration with legal SMEs and internally drive the contracting process
* Evaluate risk during the project delivery phase and understand any issues that may arise
* Negotiate with clients to reach agreements and meet internal financial requirements
* Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to proceed with the internal escalation process
* Lead contract management personnel and provide education and training about the commercial aspects of contacts
Requirements:
* 10+ years' relevant experience
* People management experience and leadership skills
* Strong understanding of contact terms and conditions as well as the legal aspects of a contract
* Understanding of the financial aspects of a project
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+)
