A global logistics and transportation firm is currently hiring an Assistant Manager for finance and accounting operations.Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements
* Communicate with external tax corporation
* Use SAP for financial reporting
* Responsible for month end, quarterly and yearly closing
* Report cash forecast, cash result, and cash arrangement
* Maintain records of fixed assets
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including intercompany invoices
* Manage petty cash and issue checks
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* 4+ years' experience in a related field
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Ability to cope well under pressure
