- An international metalworking company is searching for a sales and marketing professional with a technical background for a position as Sales Manager. If selected, you will drive company growth by managing both your customer portfolio as well as a team of field service engineers.

* Analyze sales performance to produce new plans and achieve growth
* Manage and expand a portfolio of customers
* Support field service engineers as a role model, developing team and individual skills
* Monitor distributor performance to develop local strategies
* Collaborate with internal parties on cross-functional projects
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or an advanced technical degree
* 5+ years experience in sales/marketing for industrial products/tools
* 2 years' experience in sales management preferred
* Business-level English ability
* Willingness to travel (domestic)
