Own the customer experience as the CRM Manager for a European consumer goods firm in Tokyo.Responsibilities:
* Use CEM tools to understand customer trends and behaviors
* Leverage insights to develop customer experience strategies
* Facilitate the sharing of best practices regarding personalized content, etc.
* Develop materials to train various departments
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience building high-performance user experience
* Track record implementing multi-channel consumer experience campaigns
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Team-oriented mind set
