A global financial software group is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant for its operations throughout Japan.Responsibilities:
* Assist with the delivery of treasury and risk management product implementations in Japan
* Provide support to customers in Japan
* Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies, and procedures
* Champion and encourage the promotion and delivery of practices which increase customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, or Computer Science
* 8+ years' experience working with financial products in a support or consulting environment
* Experience working with accounting bodies and firms
* Strong customer support skills
* Advanced written and verbal English and Japanese proficiency
