A leading global tourism company is looking to hire an experienced Financial Controller.Responsibilities:
* Maintain effective operating cost control & performance management and minimize financial risk
* Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and review key drivers including foreign exchange performance
* Ensure all deadlines are met and all requirements are fulfilled
* Review, identify, and improve internal processes and procedures to ensure appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented & maintained
* Manage external audits, compliance & statutory filing to external regulatory bodies, and tax compliance
Requirements:
* Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with previous financial control and management reporting experience
* Strong technical accounting skills and understanding of accounting principles including local GAAP and IFRS
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with HFM, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Hyperion, JDE or similar financial ledger and reporting systems is a plus
