A leading global delivery services company is seeking a Service Station Manager. In this role you will manage couriers to ensure they execute business promotions, sales executives to develop business, and profit & loss for the service station to achieve/exceed targets for revenue and profit.
仕事内容
A leading global delivery services company is seeking a Service Station Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Study the market environment and plan resource deployment to meet strategic direction for the business
* Setup and assign routes to couriers
* Monitor the service station's business performance and allocate sales targets to each individual sales executive
* Maintain existing and develop new business for the company
* Investigate and report on serious incidents/issues

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3+ years' relevant experience in the express delivery or logistics industry with at least 2 years' supervisory experience
* Knowledge of operations facility and operational workflow
* Sales & marketing experience, preferably in the express delivery or logistics industry
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Verbal and written fluency in Japanese; basic English proficiency is a plus
