募集背景
A multinational chemical manufacturer is looking for a Field Development Engineer with a background in Polymer or Mechanical Engineering. In this role you will use your technical knowledge and expertise with both the company's products and customer's applications to identify and develop new opportunities.
仕事内容
【年収900万円～1200万円】
Responsibilities:

* Initiate and lead projects with probing technical needs and trends
* Assess the technical fit or potential gap in assigned segments
* articulate and initiate solution ideas to meet customers' requirements
* Provide technical support by addressing product/process-related customer requirements
* Support the introduction and sale of new products

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
* 10+ years' experience in application development of engineering plastics or related materials
* Direct or indirect experience with electronics OEMs
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Native level Japanese proficiency; fluency in English
