An international provider of IT and staffing solutions is searching for an experienced IT industry recruiting professional.Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the sourcing team in Tokyo; strategically plan concepts and activities to meet the overall sourcing goals of the company
* Develop the recruitment team; develop successors and increase the value added by team members
* Manage the recruitment process while ensuring that all related parties buy into and follow the process; set recruitment KPIs and coordinate with other teams to ensure that KPIs are being met
Requirements:
* Experience with IT recruitment
* Managerial and leadership skills
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Social media knowledge
* Native level English; business Japanese
