A well-recognized global software firm is searching for a Customer Engagement Manager for a location in Osaka.Responsibilities:
* Assess customer situation to plan engagement strategies
* Educate customers on value/capabilities of company offerings
* Identify difficult/problematic areas from a customer standpoint
* Maintain close communications with customer C-level and senior management staff
Requirements:
* 5+ years' solution sales/pre-sales experience
* Management experience in customer support at an IT firm
* Project management experience with ERP implementation
* Profound account management skill
* Fluent Japanese (or higher); business-level English
